Marketing Specialist

Brief Posting Description
Develop and execute marketing programs for increasing brand, category consideration and demand for Avaya
Manage marketing database for effective segmentation of customer demand and develop targeted program with tracking of ROI and program results
Develop and execute marketing programs that will build value for our key channel partners
Develop and execute marketing programs for the recruitment of channel partners and joint marketing of Avaya solutions
Engage channel partners for development of marketing plan and their active execution
Support web planning and strategy, localization and updating of content on Avaya Korea portal

Support lead generation through telemarketing activity

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of marketing experience with emphasis on online and electronic marketing program
Well versed in database management and customer segmentation
Channel partner marketing experience
Fluent understanding of marketing campaign structure and analysis
Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent cross-team collaboration, communication and organisational skills
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English
Creative and innovative thinking
University graduate and work experience in IT industry
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM/database system an advantage
